In 2003 a rather remarkable turn of events led Jonathan to Answers in Genesis and the Creation Museum project. The 27 million dollar Creation Museum was in the early stages of design and development when he came on board as exhibit designer/illustrator. The museum was a big project requiring collaboration between scientists, content managers, fabricators, painters, sculptors, graphic designers, and many others. Patrick Marsh, Creative Director of the Creation Museum and past Art Director for Universal StudiosKing Kong and Jaws exhibit, became a trusted mentor and leader as the project slowly began to catch momentum. In 2006 Jonathan became the Art Director and Sr. Illustrator. On Memorial Day 2007 the Creation Museum opened its doors to the public. Since then it has entertained over 450,000 guests and is becoming a premier attraction for christian families around the world. Jonathan has many published books with Master Books and New Leaf Press. Most noted is Ken's Creation Bible, a children's publication with world-renowned Creationist Ken Ham. An Inconvenient Christmas, written in collaboration with the Oakridge Boys and Feed the Children Foundation. The Story of Hope and The Way to Joy by Wayne Haston. Pilgrim's Progress, family edition and The Tower of Babel by New Leaf Press.

Currently Jonathan enjoys teaching undergraduate and graduate art at Pensacola Christian College. He continues to illustrate books with A Beka Book publications.
